The Presentation Player Client system requirements

Thank you for using the Presentation Player Client. The Presentation Player Client requires you have the following software installed on your computer:

Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2010 available free of charge from:

Recommended system requirements

1.5GHz or faster processor

1Gb RAM or higher for Windows Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10.  2Gb recommended.

1Gb available hard disk space

For single monitor systems a 64Mb Graphics card which supports 32-bit colours

Presentation Player Client requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or later to be installed. 

Supported operating systems

Windows XP 32-bit or 64-bit with Service Pack 3 or greater - Some new V4 features are not available for Windows XP

Windows Vista 32-bit or 64-bit with Service Pack 2 or greater

Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit

Windows 8/8.1 32-bit or 64-bit

Windows 10 32-bit or 64-bit

Presentation Player Client requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or later to be installed.  The setup program will automatically install this if this is not on your machine.  If you have your Windows Updates up to date, then it will already have been automatically installed on your system.  Windows 7 machines already have the .NET Framework installed, as this is now part of Windows.

System configuration

All monitors attached to your system must use 32-bit colours. Presentation Player Client will prompt you to view Display Settings from the Windows Control Panel if it detects that 32-bit colours are not being used.
