Presentation Player Client software download
You will need to sign up for a free Presentation Player account before using the
client software. The client software can be installed on any Windows
based computer that you want to play your Microsoft PowerPoint presenations on,
subject to minimum system requirements.
It will need to be permanently connected to the Internet so that you can send
PowerPoint files to it view your Presentation Player account.
Please make sure you download and install the Free Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer (and PowerPoint Viewer Service Pack 2
and the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint File
Formats )
prior to installing the client software to make your installation go as smooth
as possible.
Presentation Player Client and our privacy policy
When the client software is installed and linked to your Presentation Player
account, is sends hardware and software information on the computer into your
online account. It will then continually communicate with your online
Presentation Player account to play presentations and process commands.

You will need to download and install this before installing the Presentation
Player Client:

PowerPoint Viewer Service Pack 2 (SP2) from:

The reason there are 3 downloads, is the the Powerpoint Viewer was for
PowerPoint 2010, and the service pack and compatibilty packs allows PowerPoint
2013 and Powerpoint 2016 files to be displayed.

program after downloading.

After downloading and running the installation program,

You will need to click on the 'More info' link then click on 'Run anyway'.
Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 installation instructions
1. Cliick the download button above.
2. It will prompt you to either 'Save' or 'Run' the program. Click
on the 'Save' button, choose a location on your computer to save the setup file
to and then click on the 'Save' button.
You will then see the download screen and have to wait until the download is
complete. This will only take about 30 seconds on a broadband connection,
3. Click on the 'Run' button.
You will get a security box asking if you want to run the software.
4. Click on the 'Run' button.
This will start the installation.
5. Follow the screen information to install the software.
IMPORTANT NOTE -
The Presentation Player Client software requires the
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or above programming system to
be installed on your computer. If you computer is continually updated
using Windows Update, then this will already be installated. If your computer doesn't already have
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, then when you download and
run the installation package above, it will prompt you to download and install
this first.
New updates
The client software can be set for you to removely update the Presentation
Player client by selecting one or more players in your Presentation Player
account and sending a INSTALL LATEST SOFTWARE command. Or you can get
Presentation Player to automatically install new updates.
